LifeCatching stimulates recollection of life events, childhood memories, adolescent adventures, marriage, family and friends. The more you add, the more you remember.

If you use the app on a Mac, this will be the window, after you select a memory.

The controls are fairly self-explanatory. 

Add and Subtract are bottom left the next to the right is Refresh. Then Print, Save changes, and Quit 

At the top, the triangle animates long quotes. To the right, the loop icon shows a new quote. Then the X stops quote animation.

You can use the app in a list view. 

This list can be ordered by date or alphabetically. 

The pencil icon allows you to delete memories.

On the bottom, the first (left) is the button to browse memories. The second is to refresh, then,  to reach this info page, and finally change settings.

This is the browse mode. 

Here, you can swipe back and forth either the year, or the memories to see what you've entered.. 

In both List mode and Browse mode, the background colors reflect the decade you were at the time of the memory.
